Soo good! Thank you for this perspective. How, have I never considered the "heaviness of grief and uncertainty" of the disciples in the middle of their sorrow?! All hope seemed lost. So often life can feel that way in the waiting. Waiting on test results, job opportunities,or salvation for those we love and pray for. We are soo prone to worry instead of rest in the truth of scripture that we are not alone. Our faithful God who keeps his promises and we are held and secure in the stillness of the waiting.
